Information

 Short stays: for stay of one or two nights, price per person will be increased by € 10,00 per person and day.
Room cancellation: there are no costs for cancellations 4 weeks before the arrival date. Otherwise account can be reused for the confirmation of a future booking before the end of the year
Payments: accepted cash, credit cards (Visa and Master). All the consummation will be charged on the room and paid at the check-out moment.
Arrivals and departures: check in starts at 2 p.m. Please check out by 10 a.m. on departure day. Arrivals are expected until 6 p.m. In case of delay please inform us.
 Full board treatment: a supplement of Euro 12,00 per person per day will be charged.
 Christmas and New Year’s Eve: specials dinners included
Single use of double room:40% supplement for single use of double room of the "Rosa di Bosco" and "Erica" kind.
Discounts: in the suite, junior suite and family room the third and fourth person from 12 years old get 20% discount.
 Children in the room with parents: in the suites, junior suites and family rooms children from 0 to 1 years old pay € 20,00, meals included.
From 2 to 6 years old they get a 50% discount.
From 7 to 11 years old they get a 30% discount.
 "Family package" from 2 to 11 years old: 2 adults and 2 children = 3 full rates
Price per night with breakfast: bed & breakfast accommodation will be charged € 12,00 less than the 3/4 gourmet accommodation.
Room service: it is possible to ask for breakfast into the room, for € 3,00 per person.
Garage: € 8,00 per night.
Pets: small pets (max. 5 kg) are allowed only on request and in rooms with wood floor with a charge of 10,00 € per day. Pets are not allowed into the public areas. the owner will be responsible for damages.
How to reach us: the closest railway station is in Ora/Auer (Bz), and the airport is either in Bolzano/Bozen or in Verona. By car, exit in Egna-Ora/Neumarkt-Auer of the A22 Brennero motorway, drive along the Dolomites state road n. 48 up to Cavalese.
