Information

• The reservation is valid from the moment you received written confirmation from us.
• Cancellation of booking:
  the depoit is lost in case of cancellation until a week before the arrival date. For previous cancellation the amount of deposit would be deducted on a following vacation within 120 days from the cancellation.
• Late arrival or early departure:
  whole of the booking will be calculated in accordance with the European regulations.
• Payment:
  any extras during your stay will be put on your room bill. On departure day you can pay by cash or credit card (Visa and Mastercard).
• Arrival and departure:
  check-in time from 2.00 pm till 6.00 pm on arrival day. If you arrive later, please inform us. On departure day the check-out time is within 10.00 am. If your room is not booked on departure day you can use it and our wellness centre till afternoon, paying Euro 25,00 per person (day use).
• Short stays:
  for stay of 1, 2 or 3 nights, price per person will be increased by € 11,00 per person.
• Surcharge full board:
  It is possible to book full board with a surgharge of € 15,00 per day (only if you choose the full board for all your stay).Meals not consumed will not be deducted, instead of them you can require the packed lunch.
• Price per night with breakfast:
  bed & breakfast accommodation will be charged € 15,00 less than the 3/4 gourmet accommodation.
• Single use of double room:
  40% supplement for single use of double room of the "Rosa di Bosco" and "Erica" kind.
• Reductions:
  in the suite, junior suite and family room the third and forth person get 20% reduction.
  children in the room with parents in the suites, junior suites and family rooms: children from 0 to 1 year old pay € 20,00 meals included; from 2 to 6 years old they get a 50% reduction; from 7 to 12 years old they get a 30% reduction.
  "family package" from 2 to 11 years old:
  2 adults and 2 children = 3 complete rates.
• Room service:
  it is possible to ask for room breakfast charging € 3,00 per person.
• Garage:
  garage service € 8,00 per night
• Pets:
  small dogs (max. 10 kg) are allowed only on request and in rooms with wood floor with a charge of 15,00 € per day
• How to get here:
  the closest railway station is in Ora/Auer (Bz), and the airport is either in Bolzano/Bozen or in Verona. By car, exit in Egna-Ora/Neumarkt-Auer of the A22 Brennero motorway, drive along the Dolomites state road n. 48 up to Cavalese.

The Gourmet

• Substantial breakfast buffet from 7.30 to 10 a.m. with bio corner
• small afternoon buffet with home made cakes, snacks and juice
• Dinner with 4 menus of choice and salad, vegetables, dessert and cheese from our buffet
